Cooking class...

It was a lot of fun. And the food was great. Led by Brandy Taylor in the Tell Lounge at Mosaic.  Definitely learned a lot.  Menu... 
  • Spicy sweet Pan-grilled shrimp
  • Sesame Seared Tuna in Ponzu Sauce
  • Arugula Salad with Feta and (homemade) Herbed Vinaigrette
  • Chicken Piccata with Roasted Pepper Couscous
  • Parmesan Dusted Asparagus
